Company director, Fabrizio (Fab) Rodriguez has been creating & building original designs of residential additions & renovations as well as new homes since 2001 – in Sydney’s metropolitan and regional areas.

Fab has been involved in the design & building industry for the past twenty years. He has expertise in medium density housing, residential dwellings and additions, and commercial and retail developments. Also, a licensed builder, Fab is the nominated Building Supervisor for the company.

In 2007, after trading as a sole trader for many years, Fab established BMACO Enterprises Pty. Ltd. t/a BMACO Constructions.

Qualifications:
Assoc. Diploma in Applied Science.
Architectural Drafting.
Sydney Institute of Technology.
